Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- ½ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
- 4 scoops Good Grow® Nutritional Toddler Drink, Milk Flavour
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp cucumber, grated into age-appropriate size pieces
- Vegetables of your choice to serve alongside, cut to an age-appropriate size
Step by step
- In a small saucepan, place chicken and fill with enough water to just cover the chicken breast. Simmer with the lid on until cooked through. (Approximately 15 minutes).
- Remove from pot and cut into age-appropriate size pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients for the tzatziki in a bowl.
- Plate chicken and vegetables then add a dollop of tzatziki.
Tip:
Reserve extra tzatziki for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
