Suck It! Good Start™ Baby Club Giveaway Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE A GOOD START™ BABY CLUB MEMBER TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF RECEIVING A PRIZE. VALID IN CANADA ONLY TO ELIGIBLE PERSONS, AS SPECIFIED BELOW. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.

Giveaway Period

1. The Suck It! Good Start™ Baby Club Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) commences at 8:00:01 AM EST on August 18, 2025 and ends once the Sponsor has received a total of 150 eligible entries (as described below) or at the latest December 31, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

Eligible Persons

2. The Giveaway is only open to (I) persons who are eligible for the Good Start™ Baby Club program (described further below), and who are (II) legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province or Territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding: (a) employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents of: (i) Perrigo Company Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates; or (ii) any of the Sponsor’s advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies involved in the development or execution of the Giveaway in any way; and (b) all persons with whom those specified in (a) are domiciled or immediately related. The persons and entities specified in (a) and (b) are referred to collectively herein as the “Giveaway Entities”. For the purposes of these Terms, two people are “immediately related” if one is the husband, wife, spouse, common-law partner, son, stepson, son-in-law, daughter, stepdaughter, daughter-in-law, sister, stepsister, sister-in-law, brother, stepbrother, brother-in-law, mother, stepmother, mother-in-law, father, stepfather or father-in-law of the other. For clarity, groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot enter the Giveaway.

3. A participant must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms to receive a Prize. For clarity, only persons who are eligible for the Good Start™ Baby Club program and sign up for the program can be participants in this Giveaway and receive a Prize.

How To Participate; Conditions

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase is not required to participate the Giveaway.

5. To participate, you must visit nourishedtummy.ca during the Giveaway Period, and either (i) sign up to be become a member of the Good Start™ Baby Club program using this link nourishedtummy.ca and confirm that you wish to participate in the Giveaway, or (ii) if you are already a Good Start™ Baby Club program, visit this site nourishedtummy.ca and confirm that you wish to participate in the Giveaway. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Good Start™ Baby Club program. If you do not meet these Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for the Good Start™ Baby Club program and cannot participate in this Giveaway.  

6. The first 150 individuals who visit nourishedtummy.ca and confirm that they wish to participate in the Giveaway, will receive a Prize.

7. No entries will be accepted by any other means. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants except with those selected for a Prize.

Prizes and Odds

8. There are a total of 150 prizes (each, a “Prize”) available for this Giveaway. Each Prize consists of 1 feeding bottle and 3 bottle sleeves. The approximate retail value of each Prize is 55 Canadian dollars ($55 CAD). The approximate odds of receiving a Prize depend on the number and timing of individuals who choose to visit nourishedtummy.ca in order to sign-up and become eligible for the Good Start™ Baby Club program and/or indicate they wish to participate in the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.

9. Limit of one (1) Prize per person for the duration of the Giveaway Period.

10. Prize must be accepted as awarded. All Prizes are non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are provided on an “as is” basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater kind or value in the event of the unavailability of all or part of a Prize or for any other reason whatsoever.

11. The first 150 individuals who visit nourishedtummy.ca, sign-up and become eligible for the Good Start™ Baby Club program (if they have not signed up previously) and indicate they wish to participate in the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period will receive a Prize. Prizes will be distributed approximately 5 weeks of Sponsor's receipt of an individual’s entry

Privacy

12. Except as expressly set out in these Terms, in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://goodstartbaby.ca/pages/privacy), or as otherwise agreed to by you, any personal information provided in connection with this Giveaway will only be collected, used and disclosed by the Sponsor and its third party partners and service providers for the purposes of administering and conducting this Giveaway, including, without limitation, verification of eligibility and identity, and distribution of Prizes. Please note that personal information provided as part of this Giveaway may be collected in, transferred to and processed and stored in jurisdictions outside of Canada. Such information will be subject to the general laws applicable within those jurisdictions, including, without limitation, possible access by regulatory authorities. The Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information provided in connection with this Giveaway to or with third parties or agents, other than to third parties or agents engaged by the Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes or as permitted or required by the applicable laws.

Additional Terms and Restrictions

13. By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all participants in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

14. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Terms, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, the effects of hackers, the failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections or any other reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. The Sponsor and the agencies involved in the development or execution of the Giveaway, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) are not responsible for the cancellation or postponement of any component of this Giveaway or any associated programs and materials. The Releasees are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Giveaway.

15. In the event of a dispute as to any participation in the Giveaway, the authorized account holder of the email address included in the Entry Form for that entry will be deemed to be the participant and he/she must be eligible according to these Terms. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. The sole determinant of the time of receipt of an entry for the purposes of determining the eligibility of that entry shall be the Sponsor's computer or server.

16. By participating in the Giveaway, except to the extent prohibited by applicable legislation, each participant:

(a) consents to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Giveaway and/or photograph and/or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including, without limitation, print, broadcast and the internet;

(b) releases and agrees to defend and indemnify the Releasees from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, actions or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to a participant’s participation in this Giveaway, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any Prize or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to activity related thereto);

(c) agrees not to make any claim against any of the Releasees, or against any third party that may result in a claim against any of the Releasees, in respect of any matter in any way relating to or arising in connection with the Giveaway; and

(d) acknowledges and agrees that the Releasees make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize and disclaim any implied warranty.

17. The Releasees shall not be liable to participants or any other person for failure to supply any Prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labour dispute or strike, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Releasees.

18. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway, and to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

19. Except where prohibited by law, by completing the act of participating the Giveaway, each participant agrees that the Giveaway, and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein (excluding any conflict of laws, rule or principle that might refer such interpretation to the laws of another jurisdiction). Each participant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario with respect to any matter related to this Giveaway.
