Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients

Sauce

  • ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 scoops Good Grow® Nutritional Toddler Drink, Milk Flavour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ garlic clove, minced

Bowl

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp carrot, grated into age-appropriate size pieces
  • 1 tbsp frozen peas, thawed and cut if required for age of child
  • 1 tbsp peeled cucumber, cut into age-appropriate size pieces

Step by step

  1. To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. To make the bowl, place the quinoa down first. Follow with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Drizzle with two tablespoons of the sauce.

Tip:

You can mix all the bowl ingredients together or keep them separate.
